Employers Resource Group (ERG) is a full-service insurance brokerage firm located in Torrance, CA. ERG was founded in February of 1996 by Timothy C. Dickins, who has been in the insurance business for over 25 years. ERG designs, implements and services group employee benefits and retirement plans for small and mid-sized companies. We also provide insurance services for individuals, such as Life, Health, Medicare Supplement plans, Rollover IRAs, Long-Term Care and Executive Benefits.

ERG functions as an extension of your Human Resources Department and provides knowledgeable, professional expertise to HR staff and to employees. At no cost to our clients, we take on many of the functions that your Benefits Department may now be performing.
